Founded in 1923 as a real estate and insurance company known as the Harry C. Crowl Company. Crowl Property Management has a long and rich legacy of integrity and community values. The company reaches back through four generations of dedicated Crowls working to offer quality housing in the Council Bluffs area. Amy and Kurt are proud of how family-centric the business is, having built a strong network of employees, contractors, clients, and tenants who have become de facto members of the Crowl Property Management family.
