Kurt is a native Council Bluffsian. He has put his heart and soul into continuing the spirit of the Crowl business. He works tirelessly to make sure owners, their investments and tenants are well taken care of. Kurt has worked as a real estate agent since 2002, broker since 2007, general contractor, and professional property manager. He has spent his life acquiring the skills: electrical, plumbing, landscaping and general construction for a lifetime in property management. When he is not trouble-shooting the multiple complexities of property management, he can be found playing basketball with his son, watching bad movies with his daughter and hanging out on his front stoop talking about everything important in life with his wife.

Amy Crowl-Kinney

Amy is the third generation of the Crowl Real Estate/Property Management family business. She was born and raised in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Amy can often be found in the office co-managing the business with her husband, Kurt and making sure all the books balance and every penny is accounted for. She has worked hard to fill the office with so many of her favorite people and feels incredibly grateful that there is such an outstanding team carrying on her grandfather’s, father’s and uncle ‘s legacies. When she is not at Crowl Property Management, she is in private practice as a psychotherapist in Omaha. She received her Bachelor’s in Science from Drake University and her Masters in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in Colorado and spending time with her family who she adores. Amy cares passionately that all who come through the door of Crowl Property Management feel cared about and are treated with kindness and integrity!

Eli Crowl-Kinney

Licensed Realtor/ Office Manager/Bill Paying Division/ Leasing Manager


Eli Crowl-Kinney is the 4th generation of Crowls to work in the family business: he is the son of

Amy and Kurt, grandson of Bud, and great grandson of the founder, Harry C. Crowl Sr. He

started learning the family business at the age of 13, mowing lawns every summer with his

sister. Eli graduated from the University of Nebraska in Omaha and while in college, he worked

in our office in the bill paying department. He also remodeled multiple apartments and homes

gaining skills in the areas of building and maintenance. Eli obtained his real estate license in

2024 and in addition to property management, he has been enjoying selling and listing real

estate in the Council Bluffs area. Eli currently can be found handling all showings, leasings, bill

paying, and maintenance issues for Crowl Property Management. Amy and Kurt are thrilled to

have Eli in the office with them every day. When not in the office, Eli loves spending time with

his family and friends. Eli's favorite thing about his job is helping people find their next home.
