NO pet cats/dogs/ferrets/rabbits. NO smoking indoors. Every adult who would live in the unit must apply, and we do charge an application fee of $40 per adult to check background, credit, references.

Washer and dryer hookups are part of the lease. The existing machines will stay there, and you can use them as long as they last but we will not repair or replace them.
