Large one bedroom apartment across from Scooter's Coffee and with easy Interstate access for commuters. Main floor with large living room and original wood floors. Coin-operated laundry on site. Water and garbage are included; tenants are responsible for gas and electricity. There is no central air so the tenant will need to supply their own window AC. There is one window unit already there but we will not repair or replace it if it stops working.

Rent is $725; security deposit is $725. We do charge an application fee of $40 per adult to check background, credit and references. No smoking; no pets.
